    O Henry's last words

Anyone care to hazard a guess as to what O Henry said just before he died?

I use as a cite, Harry Allen Smith, newspaperman who worked in New York in the early to mid 1940s.

    H. A. Smith wrote "Rhubarb", "Lost in the Horse Lattitude", and several accounts of being a newswriter at that time. He was present when William Sidney Porter died.

Was it: "Turn up the lights— I don't want to go home in the dark."
