I made French salad dressing (enough to last at least a month. My husband swears only by the home-made dressing I make, he does not like the ones available in the supermarkets).

Well, no major trip, just heading further North to catch the Spring Thaw, to smell the pine trees and the lake as it cracks up for the warmer weather. And to catch a choral performance done by a travelling choral group from out West.
